Shortly after
9/11/01 we undertook the task of compiling the first-ever comprehensive collection of counterterrorism information on CD-ROM.
Our CTR 1st edition, available in November 2001 was very well received and we later produced the 2nd edition.
Our newest product, INSPIRE,
(Information for Special Operations, Intelligence and Emergency Response) is the world's largest collection of
books, reports, documents and multimedia ever available on a single DVD-ROM.
David Vine Associates, LLC has presented
